Femtors is a mentoring initiative created by women in tech to encourage and support other women across Latin America.
The project was born from a shared realization: while the participation of women in technology continues to grow, female representation in leadership positions remains limited, often overshadowed by male predominance.
To address this gap, two Latin American tech leaders founded Femtors — a community designed to foster growth, leadership, and visibility among women in the tech industry.
